Technical facts
	open wet dock in northly and southerly direction wet dock is 135 m long, 30 m wide two piers each with a working length of 125 m dock for turning round to the east of the wet dock 4,5 m navigable water depth warehouse capacity aprox. 17000 m² modern equipment with loading/discharging equipment, weighing bridges and floodlights good connections o the town Port Authorities direct on site

Technical Infrastructure

Water direct connection to the complete german inland waterway system via the river Oder and the Peene direct connection to the deep sea waterways via the Stettiner Haff-Kaiser baltic sea canal Roads aprox. 15 km to the B 109 aprox. 40 km to the B 104 55 km to the A 20 (under construction) Railway Direct railway connection is planned (aprox. 3 km to the railway nets of the german national railway company) situated on the route from Saßnitz to Berlin
